REFUND POLICY FOR FOOD GIFT BASKETS
Due to health & safety regulations, as well as the perishable nature of some of our products, food gift baskets are non-returnable.
In order to send gifts in a timely manner we occasionally must substitute a product. But it is always of equal or greater value. Our designers make their best substitutions according to the theme.
If your gift basket arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a detailed description of the the damage along with photos to help us assess the issue. Upon verification of the damage , we will offer a replacement of the same item or a full refund, based on your preference. Contact us for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
